ABOUT SALT OF THE EARTH INSURANCE
Morgan Saltzman founded Salt of the Earth Insurance LLC in 2023, embarking on a purpose-driven adventure from teaching special education to becoming a health insurance professional. Along her journey, she discovered a deep passion for empowering individuals and families to navigate the complexities of their healthcare needs.
With a background in special education and a Masters's in Adapted PE, Morgan felt a deep calling to make a difference in the lives of children with disabilities. Witnessing the challenges families faced in accessing healthcare during her teaching career, she developed a strong desire to address those gaps and help individuals make informed decisions about their healthcare.
Motivated to extend her support beyond the classroom, Morgan immersed herself in the intricacies of healthcare systems, insurance plans, and regulations. Armed with her newfound knowledge and a passion for empowerment, she established Salt of the Earth Insurance LLC in Northwest Arkansas. Her mission is to educate and support individuals and families as they navigate the complexities of health insurance.
Through Salt of the Earth Insurance, Morgan continues to make a positive impact on individuals' lives, combining her expertise in special education with her commitment to providing guidance in the health insurance field.
